I realized that learning in graduate school and undergraduate school are two totally different culture shocks for me. College as an undergrad seemed scary at first due to being new to the college world; however, as a graduate student now, I believe it may even more to endure. Since it has been a while since I have been in college since undergraduate school, I have so many questions and concerns. I have learned online some in undergraduate school but mostly in class. Online learning has been a bit confusing for me. I am a hard worker and quick learner, so I hope to adapt to online learning with the right help. Students learn so many ways: cognitive styles, self-efficacy, persistence, self-regulation, and affective skills (Kauffman, 2015). I am determined to find different ways that will make my learning experience more clear.
Even though I very goal-oriented, I still have many questions and concerns that consume my thoughts. Some are:
I am learning throughout my experience as a nurse that networking really helps with advancing your career. Networking in essential and we just must search beyond the normal advertised routes (Kerr, 2007).
